Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane and his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart, are the stars of a new s*x tape leaked online. The couple teamed up with former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche for a threesome and filmed the tryst. The married couple and Peniche pass around the camera at the 25-year-old ex-beauty queen's Studio City apartment. In the clip, they appear intoxicated as they take a bath in a jacuzzi tub and lay around n*ked in bed while discussing their p*rn names. The clip below is a shortened version of the 12-minute original sex tape which stars Gayheart and Dane who married in 2004 with Peniche. In a statement released Monday evening, the actor's lawyer, Marty Singer, said of the tape being widely discussed and shown over the Internet: "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public." The statement continues: "Although the participants are n*de, the tape is not a 's*x tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."
