Triple Filter Test - Inspiring Story Posted: 30 Oct 2009 09:04 PM PDT   Triple Filter Test - Inspiring Story     One day an acquaintance came to meet Chanakya and said to him excitedly ," do you know what I just heard about your friend ?"   "Just wait a while", Chanakya replied." Before you tell me anything Iwould like you to go through a little test which I call the triplefilter test".   " What’s that?" asked the acquaintance.   " Iwill tell you", Chanakya said." Before you talk to me about my friend,it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you are goingto say. That is why I call it the Triple filter test. The first filteris ‘Truth.’ Are you sure that what you are about to tell me is true?"   "No", the man said." Actually, I just heard about it."   "Allright", said Chanakya." So you don’t really know if it is true or not.Now lets us try the second Filter, the filter of ‘Goodness’. Is whatyou are about to tell me about my friend something good?"   "No, on the contrary.."   "So",Chanakya continued," You wanted to tell me something bad about him butyou are not certain it is true. You may still pass the test becausethere is one filter left; the filter of ‘Usefulness’. Narendra Modi Diagnosed with Swine Flu Posted: 30 Oct 2009 02:50 AM PDT Breaking News: The Hon' Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has been diagnosed with the lethal swine flu just one day after returning from a three-days official visit to Russia. The report of his illness was confirmed Friday morning by Atul Patel, the doctor at a government civil hospital in Ahmedabad. Untill Thursday, the Gujarat government tried to hide Modi's sickness and his blood sample was labelled with a different name, Ramesh. His illness was announced after his final test report, carried out late on Thursday, was confirmed positive. The test was carried out on Narendra Modi on Thursday and was announced by the Gujarat govt this morning, the news has sent a wave of panic among the group of top industrialists from India who had accompanied him on his visit to Russia. One minister said: "He should not have taken the meeting if he was being suspected of having swine flu. He could have waited for the results of the test." The confirmation of Modi's test on Friday necessitated a swine flu alert among all the industrialists who accompanied the minister on his visit to Russia along with all the cabinet ministers who attended a three-hour long cabinet meeting with Modi on Thusrday.
